The Hellenic Crude Oil Pipeline Company with the trade name Vardax SA (former ELEP S.A.) was founded in August 2002.
The company’s headquarters are located at the 7th Km of the National Road Thessaloniki – Veroia and its share capital is 16.99 million EUR with the participation of two shareholders:
ELPET Balkaniki SA 80%
FYROM Goverment 20%
The company’s scope of business is the operation of the crude oil pipeline that links Thessaloniki with Skopje. For this purpose, the pipeline assets were transferred from ELPET Balkaniki SA to VARDAX SA.
